This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use any of our services, including the Flip Alert Web Application (“Web App”), Flip Alert Extension (“Extension”), and the Flip Alert 2.0 Discord bot (“Discord Bot”).

Amazon Order and Tracking Data: If you choose to track your orders, we collect order details (order ID, date, total amount, and shipping address) to help you organize your purchases.
Amazon Product Data: If you enable price tracking, we collect product ASINs and target price settings to notify you of price changes.
Technical Data: Our services may collect basic usage information, such as error logs, to improve performance and stability.

C. Discord Bot Data

Discord Integration: If you use the Flip Alert 2.0 Discord bot, we do not store any additional personal information from Discord. The bot only processes the minimum required information to send notifications to your Discord DMs or servers where you’ve authorized the bot.
Discord User ID: For notification purposes only, the bot processes your Discord User ID to deliver messages to the correct recipient. This information is only used for the functionality of the service and is not shared with third parties.

B. Chrome Extension

In compliance with Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies, we request only the permissions necessary for our Extension to function, and we explain the purpose of each:

C. Discord Bot

The Flip Alert 2.0 Discord bot is designed to send notifications about price changes and tracked orders to your Discord DMs or servers. Important information about the Discord bot:

✅We do not store any additional user information from Discord beyond what’s necessary to deliver notifications.
✅The bot only sends messages to channels or DMs where it has been explicitly authorized by you.
✅You can remove the bot from your server or block DM notifications at any time through Discord’s interface.

✅Our Discord bot complies with Discord’s Developer Terms of Service and Developer Policy.
✅We do not use the Discord bot to distribute spam, engage in self-promotion, or for any purpose beyond the stated functionality.

By adding the Flip Alert 2.0 bot to your server or accepting DM notifications, you consent to receive notifications through Discord.

7. Cross-Platform Integration

Our services are designed to work together seamlessly. When you use multiple Flip Alert platforms (Web App, Extension, Discord Bot), we synchronize your settings and preferences across them to provide a consistent experience. This synchronization uses the same secure data handling practices described in this policy.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

We retain your order and tracking data only while your account is active. You can delete your stored data anytime by contacting us or using the settings available in your Flip Alert account.
